“Thank you for replacing my brakes, rotors, and calipers the same day I brought my car in to figure out what was wrong. You were honest and told me exactly what needed replaced. Your price was 1,000.00 dollars less then the first garage. Again thank you so much. Definitely recommend TEAM ONE AUTO GROUP.”

“It's the ONLY place I will take my vehicles to. Great and friendly mechanics! Mike and Randi the owners are sweethearts. They are willing to help in anyway they can. I had an inspection done this time. But I do get my oil changed and tire rotation done there also. Again, no other place I would take my vehicles to!”

“Absolutely wonderful! The day my vehicle was hit and the insurance claim was submitted to take it to Ciocca Collision of York, they called me within the hour to send out there tow truck to pick up the vehicle. Through out the repair process (roughly a month) they kept me fully informed. Call and texted me with updates and important information. They had a couple of hiccups with the parts they received (not there fault) but they made absolutely sure that the parts they received were of 100% quality and damage free. The service manager reached out to let me know of a couple options they could go with the repair. They warned me that it would probably not be 100% matched correctly since some pieces on the car that weren't being replaced were previously damaged or just impossible to blend which I accepted and understood clearly. They did say it wouldn't look perfect from closer than 10 feet However, they lied. They absolutely nailed it. Even with a trained eye it is extremely difficult to detect that the door of my car was replaced. I will 100% be taking any future vehicles for repair to Ciocca Collision of York. Even the staff that spoke to me at the desk to get me my car back were extremely kind and helpful.”

“One of my brakes on my car was locking up. They said it could be a rotor but also a line that pumps fluid into the cylinder they gave me good advice. They said let’s do the most inexpensive way first and see how it goes. The inexpensive way was $110 which was reasonable and if this didn’t work, then it was gonna be over $600. They’ve done work on my car before and I’ve always had great service. They are a little busy from time to time but that’s a sign of a good mechanic shop.”

“Awesome service! The fuel injectors got clogged in my car and it died right when I pulled into a gas station just to be safe. I found them on Google and was towed in 6 mins after reaching out! Guy that picked up my car was professional and did an excellent job! Even helped me put the car in my garage once we got to my house. Highly recommend them if you need a tow!”

“I absolutely recommend MTR. I, unfortunately, found myself needing the services they provide.....and they were absolutely awesome!!!! Friendly, professional, and will be my first call if I happen to need anything again. As a side note, I found out they also do dumpster rentals, in case you are needing that. 10/10 recommend!!!”

“Last 8/9 years going to this shops, so far so good. Owner and employees were great, understood their jobs, treated me respectfully and most cases were able to fix my issues- no matter complex mechanical issues or oil changes or state inspections and emission tests for a reasonable price. Highly recommend.”

“Our family has had hitches installed at this location many times and they never disappoint. It is decently affordable, all the people working there are friendly with the customers and have a good repour with each other. With all of the hitches, we've had one for over 5 years now, with it being used for frequent trailer hauling and dealing with rough terrain and it has stood the test of time with minimal rust and no damage. Having one installed today, I was very impressed with the quality of work the gentleman showed, taking his time and making sure the modifications (having to cut the lower part of the bumper for the hitch to clear, as well as the requisite tying into the existing tail light wires for the trailer connector) were clean and basically unnoticeable. I am very impressed with the professionalism of the staff and would recommend anyone who needs a hitch installed to use them, as you will be leaving with a quality product and a lifetime warranty to boot.”
