When the driver was pulling into my driveway to tow my 2nd car, he accidentally struck my mailbox with the tow truck and destroyed the wooden post it was attached to. The driver apologized profusely, and the owner said he would fix it right away. That very same day, a gentleman arrived with a new mailbox post and fixed it in less than an hour. Now, that is what I call customer service!”
