Cars not starting, draining batteries. I didn't experience any of that. It worked everyday with no issues. These folks are friendly and flexible. “I've worked with Tim, the service rep, a few times recently. He's always been great to deal with. Today I went in with a complicated electronic issue that I didn't begin to understand. Tim explained it clearly and assured me they would figure it out. It took a little while but they found the problem. It could have been expensive; fortunately Tim found that the problem was covered by my warranty so it only cost $100. I hope I don't need his services again for a long time, but if I do I believe he will look out for my best interests.”
