“Walking in I was greeted and treated with the upmost respect possible from twin and a woman I forgot her name but she was really really nice he gave me a solid great deal on fixing and painting my car and wasn’t pushy on me getting the work done there He showed me around his body shop and I was amazed with his work this is a great place for all body/collision and painting. My vehicle was rear ended and pushed in bad I tried to spray paint it and they were able to fix my mistake thank you but when others said it wasn’t worth it they made it worth it I recommended this place for every one. “Great shop the only issue is that they use enterprise for rentals i had a extremely bad experience with enterprise falsely accusing me of stealing their car when the whole time they had the vehicle i had to call the cops to show the video on my phone proving i already left their vehicle with them on their property where they park all of the cars plus i know other people that's gone through worse i ask that if possible can caliber collision consider using another rental company”

“Vince is the man, I love this place! I've dealt with these guys for over 4 years now and they do honest good work. They take on some serious challenges and the knowledge shows. If you want a personal and honest mechanic, this is the place to go. When my axle boot was torn, these guys hooked me up with a good estimate as well as the option for OEM once available. These guys are your old school real deal mechanics - I'd never feel bad about taking my car here, I know it gets done right. They are fantastic for inspections (the get my stickers nice and straight too!), oil changes, and everything else you can think of. You can not go wrong with Cadwalader.”
“Degovanni did a great job repairing my car after an unfortunate passenger door collision with plowed ice on the side of the road. They were able to get my car in for an estimate quickly and bring it in for repairs soon. They communicated well and did a great job. The doors that has been dented and ripped through look good as new (the ice that caused it was like the iceberg that took out the Titanic).
I also appreciate how well they worked with the nearby Enterprise rental place. They called Enterprise to come pick me up and bring me to the rental office when I dropped off my car. When my car was ready I was able to just leave it at DeGovanni for Enterprise to come get later. Very easy!”

I called Mr Nick a few days before Christmas to get an enhanced inspection. Not really understanding what I was getting myself into. A lot of times people will fast talk you to get you off the phone. Mr Nick took his time. Asked me some questions. He fitted me into the schedule on Friday (day after Christmas first thing) many other places were telling me I had to wait until the new year and were not even guaranteeing a particular date.
When I got to the shop. I tried to tip Mr Nick and he calmly said “no,” and gave me my change back which said something to me about the type of business they run. ??
They want above and beyond their duties to help me be in a good space with my car to pass the enhanced inspection. Giving everyone that came in to their shop the same great and quality customer service they gave me.
Amazing shop! Amazing family! Great people! I pray they get all the business they can handle and more in 2026. They’re the 00001% of auto repair shops that are customer centric not currency centric!
