These ladies were very knowledgeable of the history and background of the fragrances that they were selling. Never have I had an experience where I learned so much about each fragrance that I smelled. Both ladies were so sweet, personable, and patient. “GO TO DONNA! First off, need to say that I did not purchase a bag from this boutique at this time, but the level of service I received from Donna was astonishing. I was hunting for a bag for my mom that was a seasonal piece and not available in most stores around us. I called the Chanel in Bala Cynwyd and Donna picked up and told me she would text me and keep me posted - and that she did! I can't explain to you how many SA's I've talked to that never follow-up after you give them your number, so it was shocking to me that she actually ended up texting me a few weeks later to say that the bag we were looking for was back in stock. I had ended up finding it in another store out of state before then, so I didn't need this one this time, but the fact that Donna actually followed up and promptly responded to all my texts means she has earned a loyal customer from now on - I'll be going to her for the rest of my Chanel purchases!”
