“After suffering with the horrid customer service of Straight Talk for years I finally had enough. I decided that I wanted to go to Cricket Wireless and after a little research I found this location to have the best reviews by far. I was not disappointed. Eric is amazing. He was very patient as we tried to rescue my account from the disaster that was Straight Talk.
He not only got me transferred over and got me the free phone I wanted, but also set it up for me and transferred everything important from my old broken phone. I honestly cannot say enough good things about him. If I can expect this level of customer service, I feel nuts for waiting so long to change! Thanks Eric!”

“100% recommend this Boost Mobile store. I have not met nicer and more helpful people. My galaxy s10e wasn't 5g compatible so I had to buy a new phone or lose service. After searching every Boost Mobile near me and getting no where they were my last hope. Thankfully they had one phone left and were kind enough to put it to the side until I could get there, which was 1.5 hours from where I live. From now if I need anything thw drive is well worth the service. Thank you both sooo much again.”

The associate who helped me at this location was Donna, and she was absolutely fantastic! She was able to find a promotion that worked with my business plan to turn in a 4-year-old phone in for a new one for the cost of the tax, which is exactly went to the store to do. She moved all of my data over, and I was out of there in no time. She was a wealth of information, and I cannot recommend this store more highly.”
