“I had an outstanding experience at Verizon thanks to Haley! From the moment I walked in, she was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely interested in helping me find the best solution for my needs. She took the time to answer all of my questions, explained everything clearly, and made what could have been a stressful process incredibly easy.
Haley’s professionalism, patience, and positive attitude really stood out. She went above and beyond to make sure I was completely satisfied before I left. It’s rare to find someone who provides this level of customer service, and it’s clear she truly cares about her customers.
If you’re visiting Verizon in east Stroudsburg , I highly recommend asking for Haley. She’s an incredible asset to the team, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience!”
