“I had an issue with one of my value stems. I scheduled an appointment online. Larry called me shortly after and asked what the problem was with my tire. I explained the issue and he said to bring it right out and he would take a look at for me. I took my vehicle to Mavis and Larry fixed my valve stem issue. He didn't charge me for the repair. Excellent customer service from Larry. I wouldn't hesitate to use Mavis again in the future.”
“Howard’s a great guy very fair pricing his guys and girls did a fine job on my new tires. Got me scheduled in record time and back on the road. Running a business down time on your vans can be a huge challenge. Update: Ricky & Spencer took care of me real quick when we had a tire pressure sensor down. These guys are fast and do quality work and always make sure your lug nuts are torque to manufacture spec so your not stuck out on the road trying to change a tire but can’t get the lug nuts loose because some jackass with a 3/4” drive impact didn’t pay attention to the torque spec. I highly recommend these guys ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“Visited Kline’s for the first time recently when the AC in my vehicle stopped working. Bruce was thorough in explaining the process to diagnose the issue - we looked under the hood to make sure there were no restrictions, etc - he explained that they would charge it but there was no guarantee how long that would last. The AC worked for a few weeks then it stopped during one of the hottest weeks so far this year! I called and was able to get in the next day - I was grateful that I didn’t have to wait. Condenser was replaced and it was a great experience - excellent customer service and pricing.”
“I was driving in a rental car on some back roads and the tire light came on with a very low pressure in one tire. I pulled up to Bangor Tire and Auto. He was definitely busy, but took the time to fill the low tire. I am very thankful and hopefully it doesn’t have a nail in it.”

“I wish I could give 10 stars! They really saved our Christmas… what started off as a fun and exciting drive to NYC for the holidays turned into a disaster early morning Christmas Eve. Our truck became non-drivable going up into the Pocono mountains . We were desperate and scared… we pulled of the first exit we could and low and behold was “ best auto service “ with such warming and welcoming staff. They were able to ease our pains and got us back on the road in no time. The staff made sure we were staff to continue our journey. Gave us a warm place to wait, while they fixed our truck. They were so considerate of us… you really don’t get that service too often now a days. Thank you so so so much…”

On the last leg of a very long car trip, I got a flat tire a block away from this business at close to quitting time on a Friday evening. They could not have been nicer or kinder. They helped me with my tire and had me on my way in minutes - despite being shorthanded that day.
While I don't live locally (and can't send my friends to this business), I wish this family owned business tremendous success. 10/10 highly recommend.

“This was my first time using Wagner and I was NOT disappointed! I didn't get to meet Mitch, as I dropped my vehicle off on Sunday and picked it up after he was gone today, but spoke with him on the phone. He gave me great detail on what he did, why he did it and what to look for in the future.I had an alignment and tire balancing done. I had previously brought my Jeep to a chain-store shop for the same thing, twice over the last year and both times it still had serious vibrations.After leaving Mitch's shop, the drive home was sheer joy! No vibrations, no pull and the steering wheel was straight!! He told me that the wheels were WAY out of balance and the alignment was definitely off. There was also further detail. “Every time I have taken my car in for an oil change they completely check my car out. If they didn’t do that I would not know what all I needed to be fixed. I have my grandchildren in my car 90% of the time so their safety is my concern and the guys in the East Stroudsburg’s shop are the best around. I trust them completely and this day and age trust isn’t easily given.”

“My husband and I have been taking our cars to Carl at Impeccable Auto since he opened. By far the most trust each and knowledgeable mechanic we have ever had. Any car question we have, we call Carl. We bring cars to him before we buy them and he puts them up on a lift and gives them a thorough inspection for us. Carl is a wonderful mechanic, and we are so very happy with his service and shop. When we take our vehicles to him, we KNOW the work will be done properly, and at a fair price. We won't take our vehicles anywhere else.”

“This location is ok, they are quick, and talkative to certain customers, but I was surprised my alignment was not checked prior to installing $1200 tires. When asked, tech told me the old tires appeared to worn evenly so it wasn't necessary. I have 30 days to go back so they can check it for free - weird technique if you ask me.”
