“I had an issue with one of my value stems. I scheduled an appointment online. Larry called me shortly after and asked what the problem was with my tire. I explained the issue and he said to bring it right out and he would take a look at for me. I took my vehicle to Mavis and Larry fixed my valve stem issue. He didn't charge me for the repair. Excellent customer service from Larry. I wouldn't hesitate to use Mavis again in the future.”

“Howard’s a great guy very fair pricing his guys and girls did a fine job on my new tires. Got me scheduled in record time and back on the road. Running a business down time on your vans can be a huge challenge. Update: Ricky & Spencer took care of me real quick when we had a tire pressure sensor down. These guys are fast and do quality work and always make sure your lug nuts are torque to manufacture spec so your not stuck out on the road trying to change a tire but can’t get the lug nuts loose because some jackass with a 3/4” drive impact didn’t pay attention to the torque spec. I highly recommend these guys ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“Visited Kline’s for the first time recently when the AC in my vehicle stopped working. Bruce was thorough in explaining the process to diagnose the issue - we looked under the hood to make sure there were no restrictions, etc - he explained that they would charge it but there was no guarantee how long that would last. The AC worked for a few weeks then it stopped during one of the hottest weeks so far this year! I called and was able to get in the next day - I was grateful that I didn’t have to wait. Condenser was replaced and it was a great experience - excellent customer service and pricing.”

“Amazing service!!! No wonder they got all great reviews! I just moved to town and ended up with a nail in my tire over the weekend. They couldn't get me in on Monday when I called so they opened a little early to squeeze me in on Tuesday. Super nice man (I wish I got his name). Smiling while talking to me and he didn't jerk me around at all like most mechanics do. I wasn't expecting such an amazing price to plug it up either. In and out in less than a half hour. The service was way above the actual dealership. My husband and I found our new "go to" spot with our new cars.”

J&B came and towed my car to their garage and saved a stranded me. They were so nice, professional and generally really amazing people. They fixed my car and got me back on the road the same day.”

I didn't get to meet Mitch, as I dropped my vehicle off on Sunday and picked it up after he was gone today, but spoke with him on the phone. He gave me great detail on what he did, why he did it and what to look for in the future.I had an alignment and tire balancing done. I had previously brought my Jeep to a chain-store shop for the same thing, twice over the last year and both times it still had serious vibrations.After leaving Mitch's shop, the drive home was sheer joy! No vibrations, no pull and the steering wheel was straight!! He told me that the wheels were WAY out of balance and the alignment was definitely off. There was also further detail. “SUMMARY: Tori and Chuck at Jack Williams made my experience a pleasant and successful one. Chuck took the time and patience to make sure the job was done correctly. Tori made me feel welcome and has such a pleasant personality. The prices for the tires were on par with others, but it is the customer service that ranks above all else.
DETAILS: Friday evening at 6 PM, I begin to go out for dinner to hear a "thunking" sound. I come to realize that my rear passenger tire is flat. After spending an hour an a half and three compressors later, I was able to get the tire patched, inflated, and remounted. I saw the tire was practically bald so I needed a new one ASAP.
I went online and did a search for places where I could get two new tires for the back the next day. I found Jack Williams and set an appointment for 2 PM Saturday. The patch held in place and I arrived at Jack Williams. I was helped immediately and they got my car into the bay approximately 10 minutes later.
It took about an hour, and when Chuck came out to tell me the tires were on, he apologized for the time as he had to let one of the tires sit in the sun so it could expand to get it onto the rim. He was very thoughtful and updated me on the condition of my front tires and brakes. He was thorough and that gave me confidence that the job was done right.
While waiting for the vehicle, Tori and I had a couple of good conversations. She is down to earth and we were able to relate very well. At the end, she handled by "check out" process and smiled at me as we parted ways. I felt valued by her and the rest of the team.
Give them a try. They are part of Mavis, but I can tell they have their own distinct personality and they will help you wherever they can. Tori and Chuck do not disappoint.”

“Was moving my daughter into ESU and picked up a sheet metal screw on I-80 the night before move-in on out way into town. Had AAA tow the truck to the Pocono Tire & Brake shop first thing in the morning. Given the pressure of the timing and having to be at ESU to move her in, JR and Chris were able to get me in, get the tire plugged and had me back in action in time to get my daughter to move-in on time! I can't thank them enough! Great service and great people!”
“I stopped by with my traverse shortly after finding out I had a nail in my tire. All I needed was a quick plug, and I definitely got a quick, good quality service. I was at the place for about 20 minutes waiting for my car back.
I am now back home 4 hours away, the plug held and still holing air in the tire.

“This location is ok, they are quick, and talkative to certain customers, but I was surprised my alignment was not checked prior to installing $1200 tires. When asked, tech told me the old tires appeared to worn evenly so it wasn't necessary. I have 30 days to go back so they can check it for free - weird technique if you ask me.”
