“Great service, very fast, great communication and they worked very well with my schedule, extremely good team of workers there, courteous and affordable I really think this team is honest, they have my recommendation!”
“Great experience from start to finish! I called ahead and spoke with Mark, who was able to get me in on short notice. He was very friendly, personable, and made sure I was taken care of.
Mark went above and beyond to accommodate me and make sure I was able to leave with a new tire that same day instead of having to come back. The price was also very reasonable, which I definitely appreciated.
It’s always refreshing to receive great customer service from people who genuinely try to help their customers. I would absolutely recommend this shop and will be back when I need tire service again!”
“My first ever visit to have New tires mounted and balance, the place was very clean and the staff was very helpful,I would definitely be going back to do business again.”
“From inspections, to facilitating a vehicle purchase and to renting a trailer for a short term storage solution they have always treated my family awesome! Top notch family , Cody is great”
“I needed to get struts on my car. Dina was absolutely amazing with helping bmw. He made sure my car got towed to kost and they did an excellent job. Thank you Dino and the mechanic for all you did for me. They are so pleasant and courteous to their customers and the lady who works bthere is so informative band is excellent vas well.”
“From the moment I arrived for new tires and an alignment, I was impressed by the level of service. Without any prior interaction, the front desk associate, Christian, immediately recognized my name, understood the services I requested, and promptly began working on my vehicle. He kindly suggested I take a walk and collected my contact information to notify me when the work was complete. Remarkably, within minutes of my return, my car was ready.
This was one of the smoothest and most efficient customer service experiences I have had. The quality of service, combined with fair and reasonable pricing, truly sets this business apart.
Overall, I highly recommend 9th Street Tires. Thank you again to Christian and the entire team for your outstanding service!”
“If you are expecting a superior level of customer and vehicle care when taking your car to a service facility, then THIS Firestone is the place to go. They deliver above and beyond in such a way that I would never consider going anywhere else for service.”
