Not only was I in and out in an hour, they also told me that the car was in great shape and didn’t need any repairs. “I was thoroughly impressed with my experience at the Brown Daub Bath location. Their Salesman Derek was extremely professional and a pleasure to work with. I stopped in to look at a 24 Ram 3500 and wasn’t expecting to get what I wanted for my trade in. Derek worked with me and I was pleased with what they gave me for my truck. The truck I was purchasing was certified pre-owned and they backed it with a 7 year power train warranty. Eric the finance manager was terrific. Helped me get a great rate with the payment I wanted, and even helped me get a great deal on an additional MOPAR umbrella warranty. After finishing the paperwork (which was a breeze) Derek took the time to sit with me and show me all of the features on my truck and how to use everything, I wasn’t just being pushed out the door after the sale. “There were about a dozen positives, and only one negative. From initial drop off, they impressed the hell out of me, by offering me a ride home. The were CONTINUAL in providing updates and time frames. Every person i dealt with, was professional, friendly and efficient. Was just so impressed that a company still did business in such a good way.
The ONLY negative (really hate to be nitpicky) was upon picking up the car, one of the things they do is detail the car (would look silly to have new hood and such, and rest of the car be filthy). Anyway, the car was was awful. Not the end of the world. But made little sense to provide such amazing service, and then be sloppy on the final touch. Still, does not impact the opinion of what was an amazing experience and would recommend this place to anyone looking for these types of repairs. They are to be commended.”
