“Tom helped me out today in a major way! I came to pick up a print order for my wedding invitations I purchased through canva. I realized there was an issue with the order on my end. Tom went above and beyond to help. He was short staffed and had customers he was helping and instead of just telling me to get it fixed with canva, he finished helping who was in line and took the time to fix it for me.
