“So much better than a big box store like Staples. I called last-minute the week of my wedding with an urgent request for prints of ceremony programs, information cards, etc. after Staples wasn't able to fulfill what I needed. The owner was very helpful - this was my first time needing anything professionally printed and he explained everything clearly and asked clarifying questions to ensure my order was 100% correct. My PDFs were from Etsy downloads so some of the page dimensions were unconventional, but he took care of it no problem. My rather large order was completed in less than a day and our wedding stationery came out beautiful.”
“I was in town for a memoral service for my cousin, and I needed 2 photos reproduced to a larger size. The woman at the copy center was very gracious even though she was by herself and had other order's before mine, she accomadated me immediately. She was so sweet and professiona to everyone who came to her counter.
She even went the extra mile and made some adjustments to one of the photos...made it look better then the original, it was amazing. Her customer service was top notch. I live in MD and the customer service here, I hate to say it, but I would not have gotten that kind of customer service at home. Kuddos to her. I think her name was Tina.
