“Bishop did an amazing job getting us transferred from straight talk. It was a 2 day ordeal( issue with ST) but he got us in our new phones with accessories. I highly recommend this store for customer service 100% satisfaction!!!

“Amanda was more than wonderful as I switched from a Samsung to Apple. She assured me all my photos were safe and stayed after hours to insure everything downloaded correctly. I work in retail, and have kids the way that she stayed over after closing to ensure I was satisfied and that everything was working was beyond what I was expecting. I can also say that she never made me feel like I was putting her out for staying and held causal conversation with me for hours while the photos of my kids and videos transferred over. I can not thank her enough for her kindness this Saturday night.”
