“Usually coming in for an upgrade on my phone is an anxiety-inducing experience with a lot of unexpected fees and spending, but Rudy ensured the process went very smoothly for me. Not only was he able to get me some discounts on my bill, but he also was able to get me a new phone for free as well as give my daughter my old one, making the whole experience much less cost than expected. I really appreciated the fact that he went out of his way to find me the best deals possible, most wireless sellers just want to make as much money as they can off you but I didn't feel any pressure this time around.
