“Insane customer service!! I’m completely speechless! I made 2 orders on their site. One Jellycat order for me and one for my friend. An employee at the shop reviewed the order & noticed one of the orders was going to someone else that wasn’t me. Can you believe they CALLED me to ask if I would like to add gift options?? They wrote out a little card from me to her and they’re wrapping it I am just so taken aback but the professionalism and truly just the way they have gone above & beyond!! “I rented table runners and napkins, my colors where royal blue and silver. Muffies is very reasonable priced. She has such a large selection of colors. She even let us use 2 different table runners. Silver sequins with translucent sapphire overtop. She had them pressed and ready to go. We also rented chair covers and bows which Muffies set up for us. Highly recommend for any formal event!!!”
