“Emily was an angel of a human. I came in on December 21st, the darkest day of the year literally and for anyone working in a place that handles last minute holiday shoppers and shippers like myself. She was very kind and patient and walked me through everything, and even when I called back to anxiously confirm that the addresses were correct (through no fault of theirs, I'm just anxious in general) she very patiently confirmed that they were and that my packages were in good hands. I'd absolutely come back here.”
