“My cane corso (Von) was diagnosed with lymes disease yesterday but as hard of a diagnosis as that is the whole staff including the dr and the women who helped me carry the 130lv boy in made the appointment and the day just so much better they were patient they were kind and loved my boy so much it melted my heart I will from now on being taking all 7 of my animals there. From The second I walked in the door they made me feel Comfortable and welcome unlike any other vet you go to they make you feel rushed ignorant, and stupid. I can reassure you that this is probably one of the best vets we have in Pittsburgh Pennsylvania. They are loving. They honestly truly care about any pet you bring in their no matter what the circumstances are and they are so down to earth and they will do anything to make you and your Animal happy if you have an animal that needs to help this is the vet to go to they will not push you away. They will not make you feel stupid and they definitely won’t leave your Animal feeling helpless with no treatment. They will always figure out a way. !!!!!!”

“My German Shepherd had surgery yesterday. I have a lot confidence in the doctors. She had wonderful care. The vet techs and front office employees were very helpful and caring. I’m very thankful having to have them to take care my dog .”

“They always was good to us they helped my dog out and tried meds for his sezuires and always took the time to answer my questions and I rate them 5 stars but they was up front with me that my dog had epilepsy sezuires they helped him with meds but unfortunately my dog I had to put down they kept him alive I year extra and unfortunately my dog got so very sick and was suffering 5 days ago I unfortunately had to make an hard descion to put him down the Dr who put him down for me ,was very nice explained everything he was doing with my dog he let me have an few min before he put him down to say my good byes and after my dog passed the Dr gave me an few min to say good byes again the Dr there that day did an amazing job he let me have an few min to decide to if I wanted to put my dog down then he came in and asked do you want to put him down I made the descion to put him down he was really suffering I really miss my dog I made the best descion I know cause my male dog was suffering and I didn't want no more suffering for him I miss my dog lots but at least he is in no more pain and suffering I took very care of my dog I had to be with him every day for 4yrs he never wanted me to leave my parents watched him so I could go places but I came back right away I gave him alots of great care at home he was so spoiled and loved at our house we all three watched him ,I always had someone home with him to be there to watch him closely I miss him but I have good memories of him he loved the staff at green valley vets ,and I got him what he wanted my dog til he passed away”

“I would recommend Banfield monaca to any pet parent. My cat mister has been in kidney failure for a few months and after already being cared for there earlier this month. I knew today I would have to say goodbye. I called and they fit him in immediately. When I arrived they already had a quiet dim lit room ready for him and they took us back as soon as I checked him in. The staff and the doctor were very comforting and explained everything simply and gave me as much time as I needed with him to say goodbye. The actual procedure was treated with love, compassion and comfort for him and I was able to watch him pass free of pain or fear. They have a very compassionate staff. And made this terrible day a lot easier.”
