“My first time doing an online order with Williams Ace Hardware. Within minutes of placing my order, I received a confirmation email indicating that it was ready for pickup. I arrived a short time later and greeted by several workers just inside the front entrance. I explained that I placed an online order and within minutes, the items were brought out to my truck. Fantastic service, great prices and friendly folks.”

“In short, I highly recommend this place! It was my first time in here, and I was shopping around and had many questions, and the guy there was happy to help me figure things out! Also, they did the fastest key copy I've ever witnessed haha. Very fair prices too, and I didnt get the guys name, but we ended up talking a bit too about the project I needed supplies for, and he was as helpful as possible and also a funny guy with great customer service skills. I enjoyed this experience, and even though it's out of the way for me, I will definitely try to return.
