Tobacco World is known for its decent inventory and friendly employees, making it a welcoming place for customers. While the selection of cigars may not be the largest, they offer unique options and have a nice walk-in humidor. The staff is quick and helpful, often remembering regular customers' preferences. Many have praised the kindness of the employees, which adds to the positive shopping experience. Prices can be on the higher side, but some feel the exclusivity of certain products makes it worthwhile.
