“Excellent Customer Service:
So, being a bit of a Jerry when it comes to most things Vape-related, I purchased what I assumed were my correct VooPoo coils from Smoke Wizard, showing them the correct package and receiving the correct package. But when I opened the coils I noticed they weren't my usual ones...
longer story short, VooPoo had put the INCORRECT coils into my normal packaging. I didn't even realize this (see being a Jerry above) and my guy at Smoke Wizard brought this to my attention. After it was established that VooPoo was at fault, (apologies for not knowing name, but employee with goatee) he didn't hesitate to right the wrong and i received my correct coils without any additional charge etc.

Needless to say they made a permanent customer for being quite reasonable in a growingly unreasonable world.
