“Totally satisfied. I called to ask about donation pick up. The woman on the phone was nice, helpful and patient. On pick up day, the young man was helpful, answered my questions. Took door and frame, old 7’ Christmas tree, large garbage can, and old power tools. He explained why he could not take other things which totally made sense.”
