“Love this store. Clean, well organized and stocked. Employees are very nice. Everything we have purchased from here has been very good. Haven't found anything we don't like. Their hotdogs are really good (far better than the garbage they sell in the local supermarket chains).
UPDATE - still awesome service, clean store, and well stocked. You can taste & see the difference between supermarket meats and Wild Fork meats. Their delivery service is very reasonable and fast.”
“Great food store. Very cheap prices I go here for all my grocery shopping, they do not have everything so I do need to go to a more expensive place sometimes for specific things but the options here vary and change sometimes. For the price you can't beat it. Also I was here the other day and noticed even some cosmetics like lotion, motrin, etc. are also sold here for much cheaper than where I was previously purchasing them for, so now I'm coming here more than before! You also either need to bring your own bag or buy one there, they're cheap though. There are free boxes you can use most of the time too. Overall I highly recommend for those on a budget or trying to save!”
“I love shopping at this store all the employees are nice and friendly but one that really stands out is a girl named Mia she is a cashier she is always very pleasant and friendly I am disabled and she always bags all of my stuff and puts it in the cart for me, Also if I need any help finding anything she will tell me the aisle or help me come find it if she is not busy. I come all the way to Bensalem from Philly because your employees are so much nicer than the employees at Philadelphia shop rite.”

“I absolutely loved it!! I'm not from the area,and where im from you can't find any Hispanic products..I was in absolute heaven!! They even had a restaurant in the store the carne asada tacos, amazing!! They had fresh juices..I had the Tamarindo..delicious! I'l definitely be back!!”

“This place reminds of the Bodegas from NYC! They have literally everything. You can pay utilities, load your Septa Key card and purchase the first one here. Lottery, ATM, etc.... etc...Also, the staff here is very neighborhood friendly; recognize and have general conversations with the regulars.”
“This was the only place with a public bathroom in the area I was in so I stopped in. Of course ended up with some impulse buys but that's the way it goes. Being on the border of the city, I was surprised to see they had plastic grocery bags, since the city banned them years ago. But they still have to card old people when buying liquor;”

“On 5/24/2022, I reserved a pick up order. I WILL NEVER SHOP AT THIS ACME AGAIN...or quite possibly any acme EVER! I ordered a decent amount of fruit....3 lbs of strawberries, a bag of avocados, watermelon, and other items that are not a part of this complaint. So, 1 or 2 soft strawberries throughout 3 containers wouldn't be an issue.....but when EVERY SINGLE STRAWBERRY WAS MOLD, all 7 avocados were completely rotten, and my watermelon was completely rotten and mold inside....WE HAVE A PROBLEM! I find it very inconvenient to pull this fruit out to begin preparing it for a party and all of it was MOLD/ROTTEN! This is not the first issue of out of date items at this store. A little over a month ago, I bought a jar a miracle whip. When I went to open the jar, it was expired well over a year. I took the jar back to the store the ignorant woman at customer service told me to go get a new one... NOT A SORRY, NOT EVEN OFFER A REFUND. So I go get another jar, paying attention to the date- EXPIRED! So I bring that as well as a in-date jar back to customer service. Do you think I was thanked for doing someone else's job, NOPE! Handed me the in-date jar with my receipt and sent me on my way. DONT EVEN GET ME STARTED ON THE ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING DELI DEPT AND IGNORANCE OF THE INCOMPITENT PEOPLE WORKING IN THERE. While I understand,mistakes happen......the lack of care and concern at this store is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. PS: Spoke to corporate and got a refund for the fruit. But that does not excuse any of this.”
“I'm giving it a four-star because it don't have the feel like the malls back in the day and a lot of malls I will give a four-star only because they don't have things such as game rooms for children more things available for children there like they used to other than that it's a cool more”
“Whereas I didn’t love the store or the experience too much, the staff saved the whole day. We had used the dash cart for our whole order and the system glitched and we wound up back and forth with managers trying to get it sorted. Adam immediately came to help us and tried his hardest and he called Sandy who spent at least 10 mins trying to fix it and was so nice even though we were beginning to get irritable with the situation. Finally, James the manager of the store came over and was fantastic. He helped us and got us out with a great outcome. I probably wouldn’t have gone back if it wasn’t for the staff. Do I think the store was great? Probably not. But, I’m a big believer in frequenting places where the staff goes above and beyond and today they did. Thanks for saving the day. We will be back.”
“Great produce and groceries store in this location. This attracts lot of people. Whole place is huge and aligned all the groceries properly in each aisle.
Prices appeared little expensive compared to other grocery stores.
They have a small restaurant inside for snacks and chat items.
Veggies are available in plenty. Easy check out as usual. No self checkout. They accept cash/card payments.
Carts are available outside only. Small baskets with wheels are available inside.
Plenty of parking lots available and free parking. Wheel chair accessible entrance and parking.
Restrooms are available.”

“For the most part, this is a large well stocked Giant with a pleasant and helpful staff. Tha deli is well maintained and the freshest of cheeses of all the closest accessible Giants near me,which is why I go there. But the deli staff hours are erratic and inconsistent. Don't count on them being open past 8:00 PM. But if all is going well for you that day, this is the Giant I choose. And points I earn equal almost FREE gas for me approximately every 5 weeks or so. With food being extraordinary skyrocketing in these times if Trump, Giant still seems to be at a better price point than all others except Walmart of course, but Walmart? Come-on.”

“Tan in because my friend wanted to stop in. Packed with people and inventory. They have lots of stuff for being a small store. If you need it they probably have it. They carry everything from food and drinks to home decor and bandaids.”
