“Well I'm not sure if cashier was having a bad day or just started her shift and didn't want to be there but she would bag items and throw in cart, not a toss or anything and actually throw. My daughter asked why I shook my head when we got to car. I said I guess she is having bad day she kept throwing the bags. I even asked my daughter to hold the bag with bread and chips up over near her so they don't get crushed.”

“On 5/24/2022, I reserved a pick up order. I WILL NEVER SHOP AT THIS ACME AGAIN...or quite possibly any acme EVER! I ordered a decent amount of fruit....3 lbs of strawberries, a bag of avocados, watermelon, and other items that are not a part of this complaint. So, 1 or 2 soft strawberries throughout 3 containers wouldn't be an issue.....but when EVERY SINGLE STRAWBERRY WAS MOLD, all 7 avocados were completely rotten, and my watermelon was completely rotten and mold inside....WE HAVE A PROBLEM! I find it very inconvenient to pull this fruit out to begin preparing it for a party and all of it was MOLD/ROTTEN! This is not the first issue of out of date items at this store. A little over a month ago, I bought a jar a miracle whip. When I went to open the jar, it was expired well over a year. I took the jar back to the store the ignorant woman at customer service told me to go get a new one... NOT A SORRY, NOT EVEN OFFER A REFUND. So I go get another jar, paying attention to the date- EXPIRED! So I bring that as well as a in-date jar back to customer service. Do you think I was thanked for doing someone else's job, NOPE! Handed me the in-date jar with my receipt and sent me on my way. DONT EVEN GET ME STARTED ON THE ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING DELI DEPT AND IGNORANCE OF THE INCOMPITENT PEOPLE WORKING IN THERE. While I understand,mistakes happen......the lack of care and concern at this store is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. PS: Spoke to corporate and got a refund for the fruit. But that does not excuse any of this.”

I left $40.00 in the self checkout. I couldn't get anyone by phone, but decided to go back and give it a try, after I was done at dinner. This happened at 5:45 PM today. I went back 2 hours later. The Supervisor who it was returned to put it aside for me. The employees went out of their way to track it down and returned my $40 to me. Thank God for honest people. It was the next customer who handed it in. Thank you all!”
