Even told me what kind of lumber amd nails i should use when i build my project this summer. I will definitely be coming back to this location for my supplies when its time. John even told me how good the home depot halloween section is which gives me something to look forward to.”

He went above and beyond to help me, spending nearly 45 minutes to an hour assisting me in finding the perfect cement planter along with a few other items I needed. He was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in making sure I left with exactly what I was looking for.

“Let me tell you this wasn't gonna start out as a five star review but with the help that I got at the Lowe's in Lumberton with the sales manager, Eric Fahey and Kyle and their other associate Tom, I was very pleased with how they listened to my complaint and inquiry. I got a dryer from Lowe's December 23. I needed service on it three weeks later and then needed service again in February, they wanted to replace almost every part in the whirlpool dryer and I was not having that I feel as though maybe $600 ain't a lot of money but it is to me and I pointed that out to Kyle , Tom and Eric and they agreed and said don't worry we're gonna get you a new dryer and it was delivered the next day. I am more than happy with their response time and for their patience thank you so much guys.”
