“Normally things are great when I come here. Unfortunately today wasn't one of those days. An item I was looking for said it was plenty in stock yet there weren't any to be found and even with assistance from the manager the item couldn't be found. Overall staff did their best but after about 45 minutes of searching I gave up.”
“On of the worth homedepots in the area. Staff is no help. Only one guy name Jonas, works in tool rental. He is real help. I rented core drill from another store. That was missing part for water connection. After walking and talking with few employees (one employee sent me to lumber), Jonas identified part that was missing and gave it to me as an example, so I can show to another department employee what I need, on my journey to find that piece, Jonas came over from tool department, took me to garden department and found me what I needed. Jonas is the best!!!!!! I'm not bashing on every employee, but didn't have a good experience last night.”

“I had an excellent customer service experience at this Home Depot during the pandemic. I only wish I'd taken down the names of the associates who made it that way. Although their online order system was down when I arrived, and the line was wrapped around the building, when I asked one of the staff members outside the store about my curbside pickup order he personally ensured that I was able to get it right then and there. With the help of two other staff members, this young man tracked down my item and within 15 minutes I walked out the door, despite the long line and their online system not functioning. 5 star customer service during a time when employees were under high stress made it all the more a standout experience.”
“I have to give a shout-out to the young man by the name Christian R. It was me and another gentleman who needed help in one of the isles in the back. He was walking pass and asked everyone if they needed any help. Both of us came running 🏃♀ . He took his time and made sure everyone had what they needed, no rush and helped us check out. I have never received such exceptional service before. This man was setting the bar too high 😂. Please give him a raise and his kiddos!”

“The greeter was friendly and the gentleman in the electrical department was helpful in getting the lamp sockets I wanted. I wish there was a NON self checkout option.
The parking lot is huge, so parking was convenient.
I already installed 2 of the 3 necessary sockets, leaving 1 spare.
I highly recommend this Home Depot because of its knowledgeable, helpful and friendly employees.”
