“Great vet office! It was easy to schedule an appointment and they provide low cost services. Vet and other staff were very kind, so I didn't mind that it was curbside service only (though I would be hesitant to do curbside with my other less cooperative, grumbly pup, purely for the vet's sake). They were knowledgeable, thorough, and offered multiple recommendations on how to proceed with the best treatment options for my dog's injury. I'm very appreciative that they are equipped to do xrays (and at a much lower price than most vet offices/hospitals). I'd absolutely recommend them and will return if ever needed.”
“This was honestly one of the best veterinary experiences I have ever had. My dog was seen for an urgent care visit due to an emergency when my regular veterinarian’s office was unavailable. From my initial phone call through the visit itself and the follow up emails and communication afterward, every single aspect of her care was handled exceptionally well.
Dr. Burns was outstanding. She was focused, professional, and incredibly thorough in her examination, while also having such a warm and compassionate bedside manner. That can be a difficult combination to find, especially during a stressful situation and a pet she was not familiar with. She took the time to listen to my concerns, made me feel heard, and treated my thoughts and observations as an important part of my dog’s care.
The entire experience gave me so much confidence that my dog was in excellent hands. I am incredibly grateful for the care and kindness we received, and I would recommend this office to anyone without reservation. What a wonderful experience during what could have been a very difficult day.”
