βIf you have been to a Dollar General before you know what to expect but this one didn't have the merchandise on the floor. This place was clean, and the workers were flendly.β
βThis place is awesome and the people there are awesome as well. Nice there are still places like this. Sausage is great as are the stuffed pork chops and smoked pork chops. Steaks are cut right and delicious. Haven't been here go here...β
βI can remember going there as a child. We would visit relatives in Brownsville (Clara & Pete Christoff). We always stopped on the way there or going home to Washington, PA. I loved the smells, the samples, the food (mostly the imported Provolone Cheese!). The older folks would talk in Italian, it was magical. I hope I can visit there again. I so miss those days.(My last name is Paletta).β
βFoodland is everything what a grocery store should be and by far an improved shopping experience over Walmart. Reasonable parking for a reasonable sized neighborhood grocery store. Nothing overwhelming. Inside was well stocked, neat, clean and well organized. My interactions with staff was minimal however the woman in the meat department was friendly, enthusiastic and informative, as were the front end staff who were also friendly and cheerful.

βNew owners, the store underwent a lot of renovations but looks amazing and so much more.product.then previously. It's a little expensive, though, but it seems like that everywhere anymore. They now sell beer and have slot machines.β

βMy grandfather Steve bought his lottery tickets from here for longer than I could possibly remember. He's been gone for over two years now, but I appreciate the effort y'all took to give a retired coal miner something to do in his spare time. Thanks.β
βCooked foods department has some great tasting chicken pot pies. However, some Giant Eagle's can overbake the pie. Light brown crust is good, no to dark brown crust because the filing is dried out. Fishers Heights Giant Eagle does an excellent job baking them. Price could be better for its size but, it is delicious in my opinion.β
βOMG the best prices yet in our new area! Very clean and organized store. Super friendly and helpful staff!! As a proud polack I loved seeing periogies on an actual isle sign!!!!!!!! ?β
βThis place is absolutely amazing they have more fish then you could ask for whole as well they have goat head, plantains, whole beets and the friendliest staff to ever exist did i mention they also have whole chicken at great prices as a cook ill be coming back here over and over again thank yinz for joining our community and adding a great businessβ
βLocal giant eagle store. This isn't a super large store however the selection here is great. Produce is always fresh at this location and you can find what you are looking for regularly. The store is always well stocked and it's easy to come and go quickly when needed.β
βThis is my favorite store ever. I will never have anything negative to say about the dollar store. I find everything I need cheap and they have alot of beautiful things.β
βThe pharmacy staff here are pretty awesome. They are always so helpful and patient even when Iβm sure theyβre incredibly busy. All of the techs and pharmacists are quite knowledgeable and have helped me navigate insurance and other issues with ease. My prescriptions are always filled quickly and if I need something in a shorter timeframe they always do their best to accommodate. I highly recommend signing up to get text messages when your scripts are ready for pick up. It really makes the whole process quick and easy. Itβs really nice to have such a good pharmacy in our tiny town!β
βBest Walmart in SWPA, hands down, clean, exceptional service, organized, need a auto center for batteries and tires(addition).

Service is quick and easy, and employees know the store very well and are always happy to help you find what youβre looking for. Iβve never had a bad experience while shopping here.β

βToday I want to thank Debbie for her help, I had been to 5 other Dollar general stores looking for a slip n slide they said they had, but didn't, so I started calling other dollar general stores and she found one and held it for me. Thank you Debbie so much.β
βAs far as Dollar General is concerned, this one is fairly typical. The employees are personable and do their job without making you feel unwelcome, which is a jump up from most DG's. They need to work in recovery and stocking better. It's almost impossible to walk through the store without running into all the unpacked product waiting to be shelved. Its not super professional but it seems that most people have come to accept it as typical of these stores.β
βThe store associates and managers that work at this location are the most friendly I've ever encountered. I've been shopping here for a little over a year and they re always helpful and are sure to greet me when I walk in and are always knowledgeable about the products in their store.β
