“Upon discharge from the hospital, my son had scripts for three medications. The insurance however did not complete the prior authorizations before the pharmacy closed. The pharmisist worked with us to make sure my son did not miss any of his dosages, saving a lot of worry and stress. F.B.Thomas Drug Store has been a staple of our small town for over a century. The service of the staff, as exampled above, shows their commitment to the community. We are blessed to have them, and I am one grateful Mom.”
“Walmart has it all. Let’s face it, it’s become a one-stop shopping place for everything! So, expect it to be busy on the weekends. I love self-checkout as it speeds up my checkout wait time. More though, I almost always use the online shopping app. Quick, planned pickups for things I need ASAP. And if you pay the yearly online fee you can get it delivered right to your door! (Yes, this is Me! Thank you, Walmart!) The store itself is well organized, seasonal turnover is on-time and the convenience of one-stop shopping can’t be discounted with rising gas prices. If there’s just one thing that would make the store better it would be to see staff a little more customer focused.
Update: If you forget your wallet and have the app you can pay for your purchases with your cards saved on it with a quick QR code scan! I always forget that they don’t have the ability to do my digital wallet (yet) and the woman at self-checkout helped me with that app info. ❤️”

“WalMart had given me a defective tube of eye ointment that wouldn't open. When I went back they opened it by breaking the cap and exposed the ointment while they handled it. They refused to exchange it for a new one and told me it was just for my eye and would be ok. I didn't want the germs in my eye that just had a procedure. CVS helped me get a new prescription and get another tube that was safe and clean. The service there was fantastic”
