Although there were a few minor hiccups here and there, which were out of their control, I would use this company again. Communication was very good and everyone was very friendly and helpful.”

“The very nice woman directed me from the wrong side of the facility to the correct area of my unit. How to get the combination lock open and where to deposit the lock for return open the unit take out the key lock to install on the unit. Very patient to direct me thru this all in the dark.”
“How you treat people matters! It makes a difference in someone's day and the woman that works the front desk did just that! My move has been a nightmare from the start. We were forced from our home and had to move our entire lives in less than 2 weeks. Along the way we were treated so badly by people who should have helped us. From Uber drivers canceling rides to uhaul messing up our reservation and charging me for things I never asked for, having to surrender our beloved pets who were more like children etc. It was hit after hit after hit. We were left tired, frustrated and discouraged. BUT! When I made my reservations with Budget it was quick and easy with GREAT prices!!! The lady at the front desk was so kind and pleasent. She got me exactly 💯 what I wanted. 2 weeks later a disheveled me walked into the office to find out my storage info. The woman at the front desk AGAIN was so kind and pleasent. She treated me with respect and dignity. She was the small act of kindness that made a HUGE HUGE difference in my day and well just my life right now over all. Her smiles and kind gentle demeanor made me feel at home and welcome. I would recommend 100 out of 100 times!!!! Thank you a million times over for being a little light in a dark situation”
“The storage unit itself is solid, climate controlled and clean. However the inability to access your unit 24/7 is not really cool to me. Never seen that kind of restriction across 7 states and 12 storage facilities I've used. It's kind of pricey, but I've recently learned that many storage units have gone up significantly in recent years and it's comparable to everywhere else I've seen in the area. Accessibility however isn't just bad due to time constraints but also with how the property is configured. The back of the facility second floor is difficult to get things in and out of and the lighting being on motion detectors in much of the facility with short timers is kind of frustrating. I do appreciate the loading dock however it's a little high as most moving trucks I would pull in aren't that tall anymore.
All that being said the staff is very kind and easy to work with and they have been able to answer the phone and gain me access in there after hours with minimal complaint I just don't understand why they can't allow 24/7 access for us.
EDIT: the facility reached out to me this morning to help fix some of my issues and alleviate some concerns. Understanding what was happening and having it fixed increases my review rating. However the accessibility of the facility is still an issue for me. Having to re-enter my code to get back in everytime I step outside is a very frustrating annoyance especially when I'm un/loading a ton of stuff and miss the door by seconds. The lengthy trip to the far back of the top level instead of just having exterior access to the stair well as well isn't the greatest. However overall the unit is clean, safe, and comfortably climate controlled.”

“This place has been repeatedly good to us in a pinch for a truck. Every time we've rented a U-Haul cargo van from here, it's been new or basically new (less than 5k miles), clean, and good on gas for a moving truck. Plus the folks here are helpful.
