“We stored some items here when we were moving back in 1998 - so when it came time to store a newly purchased boat, this place came to mind immediately. It's grown quite a bit since those days but what hasn't changed is the experience. It was great then, and it is still great today. I think the thing that makes it even better now is knowing it's still owned by the same person (Tony), not a corporation or private equity firm who treats you like a number. Tony is responsive, very friendly, and treats his customers like gold. Grateful to have a facility like this around for our needs.”

“The personnel and management from the storage facility are wonderful they look out for renters and take care of everything as fast as they could and they work with you if you talk to them and let them know what's going on they are respectful and generous they will help you out as much as they could with what they can I rented different storage units from different companies never felt never felt comfortable like I did with this storage facility they would call or email you to let you know if they were going to be closed because of the snow I'll let you know prior so you can do what you got to do and get what you needed out of your unit if I ever need a storage unit I will go with them again”

“I think you should be able to give more than 5 stars!!!! I would give 10 or 20 stars at least !!! This place is the cleanest, convenient, place with fantastic climate control which was a big issue for me because I have end stage COPD and I was very comfortable winter and summer! I had to go in and out to get things and was always comfortable!! I had to sort through things over the summer and it was cool and pleasant!!’ I was so pleasantly surprised at what a nice place so clean and always a dolly available to move things and I always felt very secure!! I was very worried about storing my things but I would not hesitate to use this place again I recommend it highly !!!!”
“Very easy to rent storage from this company. They have various locations around the county and you can rent directly in the website or they have kuosks located at each location. Prices are a bit high in my opinion but you are paying for the security they use. Worth it.”

“The storage unit itself is solid, climate controlled and clean. However the inability to access your unit 24/7 is not really cool to me. Never seen that kind of restriction across 7 states and 12 storage facilities I've used. It's kind of pricey, but I've recently learned that many storage units have gone up significantly in recent years and it's comparable to everywhere else I've seen in the area. Accessibility however isn't just bad due to time constraints but also with how the property is configured. The back of the facility second floor is difficult to get things in and out of and the lighting being on motion detectors in much of the facility with short timers is kind of frustrating. I do appreciate the loading dock however it's a little high as most moving trucks I would pull in aren't that tall anymore.
All that being said the staff is very kind and easy to work with and they have been able to answer the phone and gain me access in there after hours with minimal complaint I just don't understand why they can't allow 24/7 access for us.
EDIT: the facility reached out to me this morning to help fix some of my issues and alleviate some concerns. Understanding what was happening and having it fixed increases my review rating. However the accessibility of the facility is still an issue for me. Having to re-enter my code to get back in everytime I step outside is a very frustrating annoyance especially when I'm un/loading a ton of stuff and miss the door by seconds. The lengthy trip to the far back of the top level instead of just having exterior access to the stair well as well isn't the greatest. However overall the unit is clean, safe, and comfortably climate controlled.”
“So far we have had a great experience. I was a bit leery of moving to a storage unit and moving again when the home was built. But, Victoria was an outstanding representative for Storage World. She clearly explained the move-in, billing, access codes, and everything associated with the facility. She was very helpful with “nudges” as we got closer to move in day and even kept an eye out for a better size for our belongings after I told her what we are storing. Victoria is an outstanding representative for Storage World.”

“I needed to dispose of my old shed, which consisted mostly of plywood, 2x4s, and shingles. Since I don't own a truck, I decided to rent a U-Haul trailer. I was able to reserve the perfect size for my Mazda CX-30, and the checkout process at this location was incredibly easy and clear.
I hit a snag when I realized my car wasn't wired for trailer lights, making it illegal to tow, but thankfully my neighbor let me borrow his Jeep Gladiator. The 4x7 trailer handled almost all of my debris in a single trip to Berks Transfer, and the Jeep's bed held the rest. When I returned the trailer, Rayna met me outside, quickly inspected it, and got me on my way. Everyone at this store was professional and pleasant, and I especially appreciated Rayna’s excellent service.”
