“After several days of frustrating chats with Verizon regarding a family line, I was sent to my nearest Verizon location to get the problem solved. I was prepared for a long wait and having to go into detail about my situation. Much to my surprise, Frank was able to help me immediately and within about 4 minutes my problem was solved! Frank was courteous and knowledgeable and made the process very easy. I highly recommend the Berwick Verizon store!”
