“We had a great experience. Patrick was knowledgeable, patient and super helpful! We had all our questions answered and even lowered our phone bill. 10/10 would recommend this Verizon location!!”

“So, I've been a customer of T-MOBILE for over 15 years. I have had so many complaints within the last 8-10 years with the customer service inside the store, until now. Mike is a representative for this specific T-MOBILE store, and when I tell you that he goes above and beyond for customers, with the patience of Job! From the Bible (Job), meaning that he has a heart for the job he does. And he actually cares about T-MOBILE's customers. Thank you Mike for your service. It's truly appreciate. May you continue to be blessed in all you do!”

“The employees at this Verizon store were friendly, yet professional. Every single employee I met was pleasant. I was there helping my older, somewhat tech challenged sister get a new phone and to lower her monthly payment. The young guy we worked with was incredibly patient and helpful. He reduced her monthly payment and got her a phone that suits her needs. Verizon offers many good deals.”

“Solid place to go for groceries and whatever other general supplies you need. I wish they didn't have a McDonald's or those gross roaster chickens it stinks so bad walking in there from both”

“May wife and I switched carriers and got new phones at this location. We changed my line over on line and when we went to pick it up decided to change both lines over. The whole process was quick and painless at the store. My phone worked immediately as we were driving home. We took her SUV because of the distance (my truck gets 1/3 the mileage) so I got to check my new iPhone first. Everything was 5/5 with it. When we got home her phone didn't work. We called Verizon customer care and for some reason my phone was set to activate immediately and her phone was set to activate the next day at 11:30am. We were told it was set up that way in the store? They sent a QR code to my email and her phone worked inside of 5 minutes. The 4* is because of 5* phone customer service and 3* store service. Looking back we should have just had them activate both phones and set them up in store.”
