I've had times where I've needed to wait extra time and they've been very accommodating with upgrades or other features. Cars are always clean and they pick you up in a reasonable amount of time if you need. “I moved down south 3 years ago but I had to fly in for my favorite cousins funeral so my spirits were already not high. I’m from the east coast so I had already prepared myself for the “ east coast” treatment lol. Nolan gave me the complete opposite. I still felt like I was down south. He greeted me at the door with a smile and was very hospitable and professional throughout our entire transaction. I had problems with my card declining and he did not show any annoyance yet was even more courtesy and just overall a great guy. His parents raised him right and Enterprise you are so very lucky to have to him. I am almost 40 and this is the ABSOLUTE BEST Experience I’ve ever experienced at an Enterprise and his manager Sidney was also super helpful and courtesy to me when I called and asked a few questions! “Brinas Cooper Branch Mgr & Hugo at Hertz Rental Car in King of Prussia were outstanding.
It is a small location and they have no control over when customers return cars or if late. That is the problem if a car is not available it is a result of the customer not adhering to the contract.
I was traveling from out of state AZ to PA and had to wait but these two gentleman were so pleasant, professional, courteous and helpful. Mr. Cooper gave me his cell phone number if I had any problems and it was raining hard and told me to be careful while driving in the rain to return the car.
I found both of them to be extraordinary. They have to listen to customers complain over something out of their control. I too was waiting but when I saw what they went through and how they handled each customer I was impressed and the level they went through to try and make it right for each customer.
I also watched them get the cars ready. On an aside note I heard Mr. Cooper interview a job applicant while I waited and he was also very professional.
While I was a bit disappointed to wait- they delivered the Ritz Carlton gold standard of service which I appreciated. Thanks to Mr. Cooper and hard-working Hugo. You both are WONDERFUL. Keep up the GREAT WORK.... Mr. Cooper you care about your customers from the lady waiting to go to MD. Big Thank you. I also completed the Hertz survey.”
