“I had such a wonderful experience at this Budget location! I rented my original car in Maryland, and during my trip the “Change Oil Soon” light started flashing. I was worried about driving it home and stopped in on the off chance they might be able to help. The team was incredibly kind, understanding, and accommodating. Even though this was a last-minute request and I hadn’t rented from their location, they worked everything out for me and got me into another vehicle so I could get home safely. They made what could have been a stressful situation completely painless. What really stood out was how genuinely friendly everyone was. It didn’t feel like dealing with a big corporate rental company, it felt like walking into a neighborhood business where people actually cared about helping you. They turned a frustrating day into a genuinely positive experience, and I even found myself laughing with the staff.”

“Just purchased our first car from McMahon and it was an exceptional experience! This was hands down the easiest car purchase ever. PJ and the rest of the staff were a pleasure to work with. We were hesitant to purchase a used car until we were referred to McMahon. They ensure that you are purchasing a quality vehicle that is serviced and checked from top to bottom before it is delivered to you. This was an A+ experience! We'll be back! Two thumbs up from South Jersey!”

“After three weeks working with a local sales agent, and unable to locate a pilot EX-L, I called Conicelli Wednesday. Our sales agent, Darnell, and I exchanged emails Thursday and Friday. And we drove from 2 hours away to pick the car up Saturday. We’d have been in and out in 30-40 minutes if it didn’t take me an extra 45-minutes to add the new car to our auto insurance policy on my phone. So 5 stars for Conicelli and 2 for my iPhone skills.and 10 stars for Darnell. Thank you so much!”

“Excellent service! The staff at the Springfield location quickly corrected the mistake and unprofessionalism I experienced at the Havertown office. Everyone was extremely helpful, pleasant, and professional. Despite it being a last-minute situation, they were able to get me into a fully covered vehicle within 15–20 minutes of my arrival. I highly recommend this location over the Enterprise office in Havertown, PA any day. Thank you for handling everything so quickly and for being so helpful!”

“I had an amazing experience with VnJ Collision! Brad was incredibly kind, understanding, and helpful throughout the entire process. Dealing with insurance can be stressful, but he made everything so much easier and really took the time to help me navigate it all. What truly stood out was how far he went above and beyond—he knew how eager I was to get my car back, but I got stuck at work with emergency patients and couldn’t make it in. Without hesitation, Brad personally dropped my car off at my house (which was nearby), and on top of that, he had it fully detailed. That level of care and customer service is rare. I’m so grateful and would highly recommend VnJ Collision to anyone!”

“Never an issue renting from them. This time there was however an issue the Android Auto for the GPS. On a 13 hour drive, it got wonky and impacted my phone and stopped working. We ended up using my wife's phone to get us to our destination. Not their fault and I would always recommend them.”

“Easy to book through Costco.com! Enjoyed my discounted rate. Received the truck I needed for the job. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Very difficult to reach a physical person via phone -phone rang and rang for about 10 minutes before someone answered. However, once I rented the car, I received a text message and it was quick and efficient to communicate via text.”

“Big Thanks to Rod! He provided an experience that was speedy, kind, and full of clarity and convenience. The branch was clean and had soothing radio tunes. Overall 5 stars for the branch. if I were rating the company as a whole I’d knock it down a few because the cost decisioning process is clearly made to benefit the buyer. that’s business, I guess.”

“Excellent experience with Enterprise who provided a loaner while my car was in the shop. Rep went over the essential features of the car, very professional. I received a follow-up call after returning the car and communication was excellent. The rental I was given is very similar to mine, which I appreciated. Great car rental company!”

“I've used various car rental firms in the past, but my experience with your company was excellent. The Camry l rented was above my expectations. The fact that the rental was dropped off at the body shop was very convenient. I strongly recommend to all my friends to use Kulp Car Rentals in the future.”

“Not sure why my last review didn't post but here it goes; I have been to this location multiple times and each time, I have been helped by either Ms. Kristin or Mr. Jerry. The point of this review is to let people know how helpful, patient, efficient and capable both Jerry and Kristin have been. But I may end up writing a book! So, let me just say that I usually book online but if there are any questions, I know that I can reach out to either one for the assistance that I need. More often than not though, my experience is seamless and painless. Will always return to this location!”
