“I was in dire need of a new phone and was looking for a new Samsung. I have been a loyal AT&T customer for decades and never consider going anywhere else for a phone. I called the Wayne, PA store and spoke with Edvard to inquire what would be the best replacement for my 5-year-old Samsung 10+. Got the info I needed and stopped in a couple days later. Edvard was the best, completely knowledgeable, personable and professional. I am a bit of a techno-idiot (due to my age) and Edvard was very patient and knew the products. Since I haven't bought a new phone in a while I was pleasantly surprised at how fast the info transfer was from my old phone to the new S25+. I was never a fan of auto-pay but that's how it's done today so Edvard set that up for me. If you are looking for a new phone don't hesitate to come to this store.”

“Darryl is a superstar. I’ve always had good experiences at the Verizon store in Newtown square, with Theo, and others in the past. The last two times my family and I went there, Darryl helped us. He not only helped us, he took the time to explain important details that helped us maximize our plans. One of the last times Darryl helped us, he wasn’t even making commission because it was a phone issue. He spent an hour with me and kept me relaxed when I was sure I had lost 12 years worth of pictures. He helped me figure it out and saved my iCloud backup data and all those pictures started flooding back into my replacement phone. No commission - just total professionalism. I gave him a bear hug! “Ok so was quick to give a bad review about my experience at a different AT&T store, the 778 W. Sproul Rd., Springfield, PA, which was so horrible this past Sunday. Now this AT&T store, which is actually closer to me, was a completely different experience. A representative named Jordan at this store was actually pleasant and helpful, unlike the people at 778 W. Sproul Rd. who are there to try to take advantage of you with purposefully deceptive sale practices. He was able to help us undo and correct the nightmare that 778 Sproul Rd. had created for us. Jordan and another rep there, a female who I wish I remembered her name, were extremely knowledgeable and understanding. They restored our faith in AT&T as a business and our service provider. Thank you so much to Jordan he provided excellent customer service and exceeded our expectations. We will be doing all of our business there in the future!”

Jeff is great to deal with, I had forgotten passwords and couldn’t complete the data transfer but he gave detailed instructions. The manager, Deja D. came over to make sure everything was good. I also switched my internet and saving money. Both reps are knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend asking for either one if using King of Prussia store. Very happy with everything.”
“I had the best experience at the Verizon store in Berwyn PA thanks to Charlie. We have recently switched to YouTube FIOS from regular cable and the learning curve is rough. We had some issues trying to figure out how to set it up. The original rep who sold us the plan was fine/just ok …but Charlie’s customer service was exceptional. He went above and beyond to help us with the set up. I can’t thank him enough for explaining everything, being patient and taking the time to help us. Highly recommend Charlie for anything you are buying or troubleshooting.”
