He provided some helpful information as well on how to self diagnose and troubleshoot PC repair issues going forward. Do not waste your time and money at Best Buy or Geek Squad, I tried three times to talk to someone and was never able to get an acknowledgment. “This Best Buy is very nice mostly I can say the selection of items is impressive but the outside is currently going through some construction which blocks the front entrance and parking area a little but I would still go again!”
