“The whole experience with this store was great. Honestly, the first time there I was quite overwhelmed because I wasn't expecting so many employees and so many people but everything was efficient and rather quick. I brought my Mac to change the battery and you'll need to schedule an appointment for it either by calling the Apple support or going on the website of the store. The employees are like working ants, always moving and helping.I left my Mac on Thursday and was told it'd be ready by Tuesday but it was ready by Saturday!! The whole process was easy. I also knew how much I was supposed to pay because the apple store website allows you to get a free estimate based on what you need.The only thing that can be a bit annoying is that it really is always busy and it can get a bit confusing inside the store. It is pet friendly so don't be surprised to find a couple of dogs hanging around.Really nice sore overall.”

When I have had any issue with any product sold to me The store made sure it was fixed. Some customers just assume thst the tec. And staff can read minds and without explaining to the staff, owner or tec what is happening or not working its tougher on the tec. Very good staff and owner.”

Along with video games for consoles, they also have some additional items - familiar to what you'd see in GameStop.You can find a good deal here now and again, but just like most brick and mortar stores the prices can be high for certain products.”
