“I used to be able to walk to the post office. Now it is just a short drive away in their new building. Staff is still extremely friendly, as well as carrier to my home. Would have been 5 star review, but building designer did not install a “drive-up” mailbox outside at the new building (as they had one at the old building). You have to park and get out of your car to go deposit mail into the outside box (troublesome if you have a physical disability). Just a little more “user friendly” and convenient with a drive-up drop box.”

“It's with a sad heart that I leave this review. Neil was our mailman here in Lawrenceville for years. His service to the community was outstanding. Just when you think public service hasn't much to offer along comes someone like Neil. He never missed a beat. He stopped faithfully everyday even when there was no delivery just to check and make sure that I didn't have any outgoing mail. I've shipped many boxes out over the years to my customers and he never complained, but lightheartedly joked with me about them. He deserves a 10 star review, but this site only allows for 5. “I called about a parcel that wasn't delivered and the tracking information just dead-ended showing that it left PGH but then nothing, it never arrived in Monongahela.... I called Monongahela post office to inquire about the parcel and a man (I think his name was Dan) answered. He didn't treat me like I was annoying him or wasting his time. He looked into the parcel for me and actually called me back with an update and told me he would continue to try to help locate the missing parcel. Super friendly and super helpful which is commendable when post-offices are often short-staffed and super busy. Stellar service.”

“I've been using this Post Office for the past five years (including one time for passport) and always had great experience even though the crew has seemingly changed a few times.Employees are always courteous, friendly and patient, lines are taken care of quickly and store section is always well stocked with boxes and packing materials. That's exactly what one would expect walking into Postal Office and this one certainly delivers (pun intended).Looking at negative reviews, a lot of them seemingly reflect general USPS related issues and don't do proper justice for this office specifically, they are doing a great job.”
