“We came to this store for some winter gear to get our kids ready for their first pennsylvania winter and it did not disappoint! The prices were great and the owner is so friendly and helpful! She made sure I knew where to find everything, gave us tips to get winter boots on our youngest, and made sure I had access to the fb posts she makes for the store all before we left! Great experience and we will definitely be returning for our second hand needs, which are a lot with two kids. ?”

“Mark, that works here, was an amazing help. Not only is he an avid reader, making him great at book recommendations, he knew where everything was, gave us the time we needed for questions and was very friendly!”

“So happy I found this gem of a store. I wandered in close to Christmas hoping to find something special for my brother, and this Voltron was exactly what I was looking for! The condition is amazing, everything works perfectly, and the price was very fairBobby is a first class guy! Made me feel welcome from the moment I walked in and had a great conversation, even helped me carry my purchases to the car. Seems to truly love what he does and sharing that with other people. Stop in and say hi, you'll definitely enjoy the visit and you might be surprised what you find”

“What an awesome place this is! Fun for everyone. They have it all candies, snacks, sodas, games toys stuffed animals and so much more. I love the imported snacks and candies from other countries.”

“Very cute store! I spent almost an hour looking at all of the little things because I wanted to buy the whole store. My work desk is definitely more joyful to look at. The staff were also friendly and helpful without checking on you too much. The only downside is the store is somewhat small and I would love to see an expansion! I definitely plan on returning”

“This place is great! I don't know how it had survived for all these years, but i an glad it has! You can get all sorts of fun stuff for kids, or for adults who still act like kids. I've been coming here for 40 years!”

“Really cool toy store. Has a ton of vintage toys that I remember from growing up! They also had a lot of glass shelves and jewelry. I would definitely keep your eyes on your young kids so they don't break anything.”

“This is the third Learning Express we’ve been to. We used to shop at LE for Squishmallows in like 2021 when people considered them investments because of how popular they were lol. It’s a great store. The only thing I would change about this one (and nothing massive) is the space. People bring their kids here who run around there can be very little room left for anyone to just stand and look at something on the shelf in front of them without getting or almost getting bumped into.”

“We had our twin girls 5th birthday party today & it was wonderful! Everything went smoothly and the kids had so much fun. Our hostess Deb was incredibly nice & accommodating and definitely made the party a success. I highly recommend Lilliput Towne Center for birthday parties!”

“I shop at different Ollie locations, and this one is fine, but I have been to nicer ones. It's a little outdated and would benefit from a remodeling, as it can feel a little claustrophobic. Somel aisles are tight and can be difficult to maneuver in places and a little dark. Overall, it is still a solid 4 stars for a convenient location, friendly staff, and you can find some good deals.”

“Cute shop, many ethically made products. Some items specifically PGH themed. Good selection of random things, enjoyed wandering through here. This would be a good place to come for gifts.”

“Great shop for comics and table top games. I'll often stop in to pick up some paint/primer for miniatures. They have everything you could need with a very friendly & knowledgeable staff.”

“A nice variety of items. The employees are very nice and extremely helpful. It's very much-needed in this post covid era of downtown as things are starting to get back on track.”

“I really like the set up of this mall and the way it doesn't feel crowded when you're walking through it - even in the middle of the holiday season. There are a variety of stores and it's a great place to find the exact outfit you're looking for. I also thought the deals were really pretty amazing. Traffic getting here isn't fun, but this was the biggest negative. It's the go to place for that last minute thing you need. And if you need a pick-me-up, there is a giant Starbucks in the middle!”

“Visited the Build a Bear for the first time as part of our child's 2nd birthday fun day. We enjoyed the employee interacting with our kids to fill the bear up and had fun picking out a cute outfit for the birthday bear. The pay your age program is really great and plan on doing it with all three of of children. It was a great experience our daughter loved.”

“The place was very clean and well-organized.. The customer service was very nice and helpful. The cashier (I think her name was Parsley or something like that) was very helpful in showing me how to use the self-checkout. If I could give any suggestions, it would be to price out the wireless earbuds in the five beyond section as they had no price listed, but I understand that it was opening day for them so they may not have gotten to everything yet. This is the place you can go to when you feel like shopping just for fun. A great place to take kids shopping as most items are five dollars or less. Overall a great experience and I would recommend taking a ride up and seeing what you can get for five dollars or less.”

“A wonderful place! It is a true classic downtown toy store. Not a big box store. There are things for sale here than can not be found elsewhere. If you need a dose of Christmas, go to the Department 56 satrap next to the steps.”

“Melly was amazing and so sweet. She made the whole experience wonderful. I came here with my fiancee on a date, and the store was clean, with a good selection. I loved it and will definitely be back.”

“Nice people work here. I shop here because it is easy to get to for me. Amazing prices. The toy section could have a better selection, but it was still a nice selection for all ages. School supplies, cleaning supplies, a quick TV dinner and a few more for the deep freezer?. Cups, plates, cutlery, party stuff, candy, you name it they have it in some form. These places really are great. So what if the product isn't always the greatest? Remember, you paid a dollar and some change for it. At least you still got something right? Anyways, rant over. Great places, nice workers, you should definitely check them out if you are in the area!”

“Great place if you're looking for gifts for practically anyone. Really great kids section! I frequent this place to browse everything and fixate on the gunpla section for way too long. Bought my first ever solo build here and I frequently check back for more.”
