“Great place and fun selection of books! Just taking 1 star off because of the truly puzzling decision to lock what was basically the front door. I can understand if there was some shoplifting issue or something, but why the doors near the children’s area? That side of the building has the most people due to facing other storefronts and the shopping center’s main parking lot. They now want people to walk around to the basically deserted part of the shopping mall, with nothing but the PF Chang, basically no foot traffic at all. If you were say at the Five Below or Panera and then wanted to check out the bookstore for impulse shopping or something, you have to walk around. It’s a thing you have to really think to do, since there’s really nothing on the back area of Settlers Ridge. I just don’t understand. Why not keep the children’s area doors open and the back area locked? I think the management decision is making this bookstore lose business and inconvenience potential customers.”

“Have shopped here several times and everybody is always sooo sweet and knowledgeable and happy to help. Sometimes they even ask me what groups or photocards I’m looking for so they can help. Great selection of kpop albums (very organized) and all things kawaii. I have gotten several of my friends to shop here because I love it so much. I had a minor issue with a purchase I made recently and the staff seriously went above and beyond to correct it even though it was something out of their control to begin with! I would have given them a 5 star review any day but I needed to shoutout to whoever helped me because customer service in general always makes me anxious but they did not make me feel that way. I could not recommend this business enough. Support local businesses! ?”
“So happy I found this gem of a store. I wandered in close to Christmas hoping to find something special for my brother, and this Voltron was exactly what I was looking for! The condition is amazing, everything works perfectly, and the price was very fairBobby is a first class guy! Made me feel welcome from the moment I walked in and had a great conversation, even helped me carry my purchases to the car. Seems to truly love what he does and sharing that with other people. “Such a fun and adorable toy store! Learning Express is packed with so many unique and creative gifts — the kind of stuff you just don’t find in big box stores. Everything is so colorful and inviting, and you can tell it’s a place that really sparks kids’ imaginations.
We stopped by with my friend’s baby, and she loved the puppets! I actually caught the cutest video of my daughter’s best friend playing with one and cracking up — it had everyone smiling. We were this close to buying one, but $40 for a single puppet felt a little pricey. Still, the quality looked amazing, and they had such a fun selection to choose from.
If you have little ones or need a gift idea for a birthday, definitely check this store out. The staff was super friendly and the whole place just gives off happy vibes. My kids are all grown now, so walking through there made me a little nostalgic ? but it’s such a great spot for families with younger kiddos.”
“Really cool toy store. Has a ton of vintage toys that I remember from growing up! They also had a lot of glass shelves and jewelry. I would definitely keep your eyes on your young kids so they don't break anything.”

“Small store packed with lots of toys and gifts to choose from. Good options for all age ranges and reasonably priced for most items. They have a variety of toys, board games, trading card games, dice, legos, anime figures, nerdy decor, gemstones, keychains, stuffed animals and more. The staff were nice and helpful. There is no parking lot so you have to park on the street or park nearby and walk.”
“We had my daughter’s 4th birthday party here and it was awesome!! The process of booking was easy, what was expected of me was clear, and, most importantly, the kids had a blast! I wish I could remember the hostess’s name…Beth, maybe?….,but she was wonderful!! We were there 2/22/25 so if you see this…Thank You!! Definitely recommend!”
“Went to get my 3 year old daughters dog restitched. They were nice and patient and even explained the process and stuff to my daughter (shes a very curious girl) they definitely make kids happy highly recommend stopping at this one!”

“Nice people work here. I shop here because it is easy to get to for me. Amazing prices. The toy section could have a better selection, but it was still a nice selection for all ages. School supplies, cleaning supplies, a quick TV dinner and a few more for the deep freezer?. Cups, plates, cutlery, party stuff, candy, you name it they have it in some form. These places really are great. So what if the product isn't always the greatest? Remember, you paid a dollar and some change for it. At least you still got something right? Anyways, rant over. Great places, nice workers, you should definitely check them out if you are in the area!”
“The place was very clean and well-organized.. The customer service was very nice and helpful. The cashier (I think her name was Parsley or something like that) was very helpful in showing me how to use the self-checkout. If I could give any suggestions, it would be to price out the wireless earbuds in the five beyond section as they had no price listed, but I understand that it was opening day for them so they may not have gotten to everything yet. This is the place you can go to when you feel like shopping just for fun. A great place to take kids shopping as most items are five dollars or less. Overall a great experience and I would recommend taking a ride up and seeing what you can get for five dollars or less.”
