“I just shopped here on the Sunday after Thanksgiving when the mall was very busy and Anna and Ana were working and they were SO helpful and sweet. As soon as I stepped foot in the store, they were asking me if I needed anything and offering to look in the back or online for things I liked that weren't in my size. There was an item I really liked and they went online to find it for me and I decided to just wait on it but then I went back a few minutes later when I changed my mind and we couldn't find it online anymore but they kept searching and trying on different computers and they finally found it and ordered it for me. It might not sound like a big deal, but to me they truly cared about helping me find what I wanted as if it were something for themselves. They really were two of the nicest girls and they deserve to be recognized for trying to ensure customer satisfaction. I hope they receive a nice holiday bonus because they make the season bright!”
“So this evening I went to pick up the rest of my online order (which came in early, YAY!) and the lady who greeted me (sorry! I really need to start paying more attention to names/name tags lol) grabbed it for me and asked if I wanted to try them on. I was there around 5:30ish today.
There's something in the air today about really good customer service, and I appreciate it so much. I didn't feel rushed like I did the other day; the person who grabbed my first item just seemed uninterested. Today was great, and even though I was pretty sure everything would fit me well, I went ahead and tried them on I wouldn't leave unhappy and have to return something.
We need to model all customer service like this! In a world that can sometimes feel super transactional, rushed, it's genuinely so nice to see good people out there giving great service!”
“I don't get to the store often but I was pleasantly surprised at how neatly everything was organized. There was a lot of merchandise to choose from and no line at checkout. A nice relaxing atmosphere in the store.”

“Went in yesterday for a last minute outfit for an event last night. I was a little nervous because I didn't think I'd find anything that I wouldn't be self conscious in. The two women working made me feel confident and their suggestions were perfect, I felt beautiful last night and am very thankful for them. I wish I had gotten their names but in case they see this, I was the one from Florida in the red and white striped shirt and flared jeans. Thank you both so much.”
