We got there after 7, and I was unaware that they were closed. The cashier was so unbelievably nice and still let me purchase the cards. I would love to go there again (within business hours this time lol) and take my time shopping since they seem to have a lot of cool items!”

“Lovely local vintage shop. With all the thrifting we have done over the years, I am unsure how we missed Scott and Kayla at three rivers. The shops a gem! Tons upon tons of items from nippon glass to mens/womens fashion & the BEST PART, the earliest they have is the 70s (you know, when clothes were actually made well). The experience alone is worth it. Scott and Kayla are so accommodating and make sure you have the shopping experience that fits you. If you want to chat, they’ll chat. If you want to shop, they’ll let you shop. They are both very knowledgeable in their craft and are quick to answer any questions you may have. Last but not least, YES, they have a fitting room!

“Worth the stop! Jamie’s facials are out of this world relaxing and detoxing! I had her monthly special of a gua sha facial for $120 and got ear seeds as a free upgrade as part of her monthly specials! She has a different special facial every month. Her room is so relaxing and the shop in the front of the store has such cute clothes and knick knacks and accessories. There is even a children’s section of the shop! Tons of parking and just the kindest women who own this spot, highly recommend shopping + getting a facial!”

Upon walking in, we met her associate, Sue, who was just delightful! She was so kind and helpful. I was taken back by the beautiful clothing and the colors were all amazing! The boutique is set up so you can see how many outfits you can put together by color and style, making shopping for clothes so easy! Lastly, the quality of merchandise assures me what I purchased can be worn for years to come. Thank you Maria! So glad I found what I call my new hidden treasure!!”
“I’ll start this with the caveat that I lived near an Orvis outlet and two really good Orvis stores in eastern Pennsylvania. So, my standards are really high and I was definitely spoiled.
That said, I stopped in for a specific piece of luggage as I have other pieces from their collection.
I called ahead and checked if they had it, they did. I was really surprised that they had a hold on it for me the next day when I went into the store. Great customer service there!
Now, what really impressed me was their selection of women’s clothing — it far surpassed anything from the stores I had been accustomed to in eastern Pennsylvania. So I have to give a shout out to whoever is influencing that at the store level!
They had an impressive selection of men’s upland hunting clothing, however, I didn’t see any for women. I would recommend they stock more of that.
Finally, and this isn’t exclusive to the Pittsburgh store itself, but I am really pleased that Orvis is starting to utilize recycled polyester, and some of their products.”
“This is my absolute favorite Torrid store! I moved to the area in the Spring and have shopped Torrid for years. But within just a few visits to this location, two of the employees know me by name already! One of them (Amanda) pulls my account up without even asking for a name or number! The salespeople at my previous store (years worth) couldn't even do that and it was a smaller city than Pittsburgh. The other employee whose name I forget always has the fun colored hair. :)
The dressing rooms are always clean and are at a comfortable temperature unlike so many other stores.
Everyone there deserves raises and/or a very big bonus.”
