“I’ve been a tenant of Riverpointe since 2020. I haven’t had the best experiences with service requests in the past but I am pleased to say that the apartment complex has invested in improving their service over the years.One of the service techs, Melvin did an exemplary job today. He came to address one issue and ended up fixing four. After each issue, he asked if there was anything more he could do then fixed the next issue. He even went above and beyond by offering to take my trash with him on the way out. I told him I could handle taking out the trash, but the gesture was much appreciated.Thank you Melvin and thank you Riverpointe!”

“Office staff have always been great to deal with. Aion has been a problem from the start. They've always raised my rent more then the value of the apartment. I've had the CLASSIC apartment version since I moved in. The previous management companies were always much more understanding of the value. Since Aion took over, my rent has increased more times then the previous management companies ever had. At least $50 each renewal.Previously maybe $35 or less with each renewal.All this is just another reason I have decided to move out.”
