“I stayed here in a studio and was very pleased overall. I was a remote worker during this time and found the studio to be well suited for this purpose, plenty of natural light and comfortable. The amenities of an onsite gym and outdoor pool were also great. The pool was cleaned daily and so was the gym. They also have an indoor pool, but I didn’t use that. The neighborhood is calm and pretty quiet. I’d recommend a look if you are looking for an apartment in the Lehigh Valley area.”

“We are here on a six month lease and I have to say that both Zach and Erica have been very kind and accommodating. This transition was not easy, but they both were very patient and understanding. I would totally recommend this apartment complex to anyone in the Lehigh Valley area because they take Customer Service to another level.”

“I again needed the help of our maintenance team here at Autumn Park. I will soon begin my 5th year here & God willing I will be able to stay forever. I am a senior, alone, & with health issues & I find myself asking for help often, due to my restrictions. I sent my request & as usual, my needs were met within hours. I have no problem agreeing to allow the team in if I am not here. I was gone a few hours, & by the time I came home my garage light was repaired & my vertical blinds fixed in my living room. I cannot stress enough how attentive, thorough & knowledgeable our maintenance team is here. Every person working here always go the extra mile to make living here a wonderful experience. Thank You Autumn Park Team for All you do!

Once again I had the need to request our maintenance crew here at Autumn Park. I was hospitalized for 6 days following a slight heart attack and then went to stay with a friend for a few days to recover. I never have a problem with allowing the maintenance team enter my apartment if I am not home. I left them know that I would be gone for about a week and I returned home 2 days ago and all was taken care of in my apartment… I couldn’t be happier living anywhere. I have a number of friends in different complexes and after hearing about their experiences I feel so blessed being here! If you are looking for a lovely place to call homes… go no farther than Autumn Park Apartments!! I have no intention of looking anywhere else to live out my golden years!!!”

“I've been here since December of 2023 and have waited this long to write a review.

I love my apartment. It's cozy, my neighbors aren't too loud, I love that I have my own front door, and the few maintenance requests I have put in have been answered pretty promptly and they're always friendly when they speak to me. The women in the office are always friendly as well.

You get your normal outside bugs that make their way in every so often (spiders and flies mostly, occasional stink bug and once a wasp), and last winter I did have a mouse that got in somehow into my bottom cabinet in the kitchen, but I 100% would rather deal with all that than with roaches (which I have thankfully not experienced at all here).

Most of the neighbors seem friendly, and I honestly really only interact with them when I'm in the pool area. The only negative things I have to say are:

1. People leaving bulk trash on the side of the dumpster or overfilling the dumpster
2. The only cardboard dumpster is down the street so it sucks to throw it out during winter/rainy weather
3. I wish the pool was a bit bigger, as there's always a bunch of kids jumping into the deep end and sometimes it gets a little crowded
And 4. The view on my balcony is just the parking lot and dumpster, so that kinda sucks.

But overall, I do love living here and do not foresee myself leaving anytime soon.”

“A very clean and well maintained complex with beautiful mature trees and landscaping. Easy parking near apt entry. Very spacious rooms,nice staff and best of all pets are allowed. Great location.”
