“I cannot say enough good things about this shop and the incredible kindness we experienced here. While we were dining nearby, the restaurant’s lift was not working, which meant my elderly grandmother, who has a disability, could not access their restroom. The woman working in this shop went above and beyond to help us. She didn’t hesitate for a second. She personally took us to a different floor, unlocked a bathroom for my grandmother, assisted us, and treated her with such patience, dignity, and genuine kindness. What made this even more meaningful was that other nearby shops had refused to help us at all.
Her compassion turned a very difficult moment into a positive one, and it meant more to our family than she probably realizes. This is the kind of place that truly cares about people.
