“I was able to buy special order shutters for my home. My original order was properly placed with specific details itemized and referenced in the order and reflected on my invoice. Unfortunately , the manufacturer sent the wrong style shutters and the date to re-send the correct order would have been months away and not acceptable- especially since it was a mistake on their end and the right thing to do would be for them to expedite the correct order. The Piscitello Team made many phone calls and inquiries which professionally and appropriately influenced the manufacturer to expedite and deliver the correct shutters in a timely manner. Thank you!”

“Exceptional Employees! Excellent work ethic. Humanitarian. I must say, I’m beyond delighted and thankful to have gotten my water pipe work done by this company because of the 3 employees who performed it. Since they arrived, WAYDE, RAFAEL and NOAH were super pleasant and amicable; the job was supposed to be “a regular one” until they pigged open the pipe. The pipe was so corroded that it broke while trying to pull it out. That extended their work hour way above the expected. All of the sudden, a house, up 2 houses from mine, got on fire and they didn’t hesitate a bit to drop their tools and ran inside that house. Wayde and Noah helped bringing couple of people out from one house (my neighbor & I at the other house, twin house). They went all around both houses, back yards, windows, making sure nobody was inside until the fire dept arrived. Then went right back to their work and kept on working on their pipe with the same amicability, pleasant personality. Finishing the pipe work at midnight. I take this time to write this small recognition because, despite the frustration I believe they might of about the broken pipe that extended their job like 5 more hours, they didn’t even blink on hesitation to run towards that house on fire, and then return to his job finished it and still (at 12am) were so friendly and willing to explain the work performed and the next day steps to follow. Always with a big smile….Specially Wayde and Rafael whom I interacted the most. Thank you guys!”

“Excellence in service, product and installation. We are truly impressed with the level of service at prestige. My wife and I worked with Al. We probably stopped in 10 times to look at options for countertops for our new kitchen and the level of patience and interest is inspiring. We checked prices and local places and box stores but Prestige prices included installation which others did not. Plus they are their own installers which gave us high level of confidence. Also their selection is amazing and made choosing difficult but also fun. They made the whole process a fun and pleasant experience. I would recommend anyone to Prestige. They were there a day or two after the kitchen install for the templating which was super fast. We had to break up the install of the island and kitchen tops in segments because of cabinet installation issues which they were happy to accommodate. They were the easiest part of our remodel project and can’t be happier with them. .”

“Just put in entire master bathroom remodel with Kohler fixtures that were extremely difficult to source…last minute…on back order… Simon was beyond helpful and knowledgeable. He sourced my fixtures (shower bodies, trim kits, etc.) and kept me updated as to shipments and arrivals. I could not be happier with my experience at Groce Supply. This is the second time they have gone above and beyond for us on short notice..highly recommend!!”
