They seemed severely understaffed, and the one person working didn’t know how to send a package. He was polite but it took 45 minutes and had to call someone else after half an hour. I was double charged for postage.

Okay so I walk in on a Tuesday afternoon, one person already at the counter, mostly done. So I waited patiently, as of writing this I’m still the only person in line and have been waiting for at least 10 minutes because they won’t stop talking.
