I'm truly grateful. Didn't catch his name, younger guy, with a pony tail. Offered to buy him lunch and he turned it down. Very genuine, customer focused employee, take care of this guy. “I use this terminal for 20+ Will Call pallet pick ups a year of close to 2000lbs. each. Always courteous, he4lpful and quick to load my vehicle. I very seldom have a problem with any damage, and when I do, it is minimal and not the terminal's fault, but an "in transit" problem.”

“I always thought Staples was some sort of about to shut its doors, obsolete store like Radio Shack or something... I found a particular model of Bluetooth Keyboard I liked and did some googling, expecting to find the best deal at Best Buy or Walmart. Staples was the cheapest, to my surprise. I ordered and paid online to pick up in store within an hour... I got a text that it was ready in a few minutes. Went to the store and showed the clerk my ID, was in and out in 2 minutes. Happy that I got a great deal quickly and conveniently!”
