This particular USPS location on 17 S Commerce Way offers walk-in passport services and is known for its friendly and patient staff, even when understaffed. Customers have had positive experiences with the bulk mailing service area, where Anita and Pat have been described as extremely helpful and willing to answer many questions. The location is convenient for truck deliveries or pickups, with a dedicated truck entrance on Highland Avenue. Overall, this USPS branch is considered one of the better post offices in the Bethlehem/Allentown area, providing reliable and efficient service to its customers.
The tellers used to be so friendly and professional. Those tellers are gone and the new ones should look for a job where they don't have to interact with people -- you can easily tell they don't want to anyway. Two stars is being generous. USPS, you all need to look at this and hire the right people at this location.

My family and I went for our passports. We did not have any wait time and the woman that does passports was was very friendly. In addition to being super friendly, she was helpfull. I thought this would be a hassle like the DMV but she made the experience fantastic.
