“Fabulous banking establishment with the sweetest employees...love all the ladies at the Hamburg branch; they make you feel so welcomed and like family. I will say it's unfortunate that yes, sometimes you have to wait (noticed a lot of complaints) but you need to take into account they are sometimes understaffed and each customer has individual needs that sometimes involve more time than a basic transaction like depositing or withdrawing. All I can say is be kind, be patient and I promise they will take good care of you to the best of their ability!”
