Only problem was the mobile app interface going down like once a month for updates but it hasn't been any major issue. Will edit if there's any problems.”

When you have a life changing event and need to make sure a family members accounts are taken care of, it can be extremely stressful. Charlie made this transition so easy for me to understand and gave me all the steps I needed to take. He literally phone conferences in with me so I don’t have to figure out the account customer service on my own to get the information I need. If you are looking for a trustworthy and helpful associate who truly takes the time to help you and looks out for your best interest I highly recommend Charlie!”

“I recently opened an account at shillington branch with a check from a law firm the next day I went to withdrawl some funds and for some reason corporate put a lock on my account I talked to manager Alen Varughese and he spent an hour and a half on the phone with corporate trying to get the problem resolved he went above and beyond for me and I left with the funds I don't think there are many managers that would take the time to get this resolved thank you alen you're the man”

“Fabulous banking establishment with the sweetest employees...love all the ladies at the Hamburg branch; they make you feel so welcomed and like family. I will say it's unfortunate that yes, sometimes you have to wait (noticed a lot of complaints) but you need to take into account they are sometimes understaffed and each customer has individual needs that sometimes involve more time than a basic transaction like depositing or withdrawing. All I can say is be kind, be patient and I promise they will take good care of you to the best of their ability!”

The bldg is contemporary, airy & open, always clean. Parking never an issue. The rates are the usual as far as I know, have not done a comparison recently.”

“Decided to open an account here a couple years ago and haven’t regretted it. The staff are very friendly and helpful. With it being 2021, I do most of my banking online, and their mobile app is top notch. I love that I can attach receipts to my transactions which surprisingly you can’t do with most major banks. I’ve heard some people have bad things to say at different locations, but I have nothing but excellent things to say about the Leesport branch and the people employed there. Keep up the great work!!”
