“I wish I could give them more than five stars. They totally deserve it. They fixed a tire puncture and did not even charge us. We were in Pittsburgh to meet our daughter and most other places in downtown gave us a 4 hr waiting. This place was about 20 min drive from downtown but totally worth it. We were in and out in 10 mins. Great service amazing staff!”

Towed us to a repair shop to get fixed. Very respectful, helpful, and friendly. I would highly recommend if anyone needs a tow!”

I had a mechanic at Frick Park tell me that my car was done for and that I would have to sell it and he refused to work on it at all. I took it to Chris and he told me that I just needed to replace some parts and that it was perfectly acceptable. Overall just a great guy, great personality, good small business owner that is worth working with every time.”

Naturally, I was worried about this, and wanted to have it looked at before doing any more driving.I gave Walter's a call, and Tim got back to me a couple of hours later. He said that he was booked out for quite a while, but the problem sounded like it was probably a loose exhaust shield. If I could come by right at opening tomorrow, he offered to take a look and fix it if that was, indeed, the issue.He was right. One of his employees tested and fixed the issue on the spot. I was in and out within 10 minutes, and Tim didn't charge me for the service since it was such an easy fix. Based on my experience, Walter's Automotive is still a great, reliable mechanic shop that we have here in Pittsburgh, and I will continue using them in the future. “I recently found myself stranded with a flat tire. One of my lug nuts had been so overly tightened that I couldn’t get it off to change my tire. Mike came to my rescue.
