“From the time I first called until I went to get my car back Holly was very professional and helpful with what was a very stressful event for me. I don't know the names of the people that actually fixed the car but boy did they do a great job !!! It's looks better than it did before the accident. And they cleaned the inside and put my little things Neatly in the cup holder. Very clean from front to back . Front end fixed and painted perfectly. I had a dent in the back. “I had an inspection done, but I scheduled it over the phone the day prior for that day. When I arrived for my appointment, I was told that there was no inspector there, and that the call center is somewhere in a whole other country( insane actually), and I don't personally care if it's cheaper, because what about efficiency? So luckily I live nearby, and was able to reschedule for the next day.
The inspection was quick(about an hour), and uneventful which was great. The receptionist was great, as well as the inspector”
