“The repair tech that I dealt with was very professional, he explained right upfront that the chip may crack worse, or not fully fill in. It did not crack worse, and he restored the structural integrity of the windshield even though it was in a tricky location near the edge. Luckily, the cost was picked up by insurance, so I paid nothing. It was the second time I had a chip repaired, and God forbid if it happens again, I will have no problem going back.”
